Find a partner for survival games

In survival games the random is scarier than any NPC. A solo player gets wiped out on night one of a Rust wipe, a random Tarkov partner extracts with your loot, and nobody walks north in Stalcraft alone. GSPOT builds the duo or trio in advance: fill in a profile, filter by game, city and age, and read what people are after — PvP action or peaceful farming — before you like anyone. A mutual like opens a chat with text and voice messages, where you settle the server, the schedule and who guards the base. Free, in your browser and in Telegram.

How to find a partner for survival games

In survival games a partner is not a buff, he is a requirement. A solo player on a fresh Rust wipe is walking loot for the first duo with bows, and in Tarkov one burst from a bush takes gear you spent a week collecting. So nobody here looks for company for the evening — they look for someone to hand the base key and their back in a raid. That is the rarest kind of teammate: skill shows in one run, but whether he will cut and run with the loot takes weeks to find out.

Rust: the crew is built before the wipe, not after

Rust runs on cycles. Official servers wipe on the first Thursday of the month, most modded ones weekly, and the first hours of a wipe decide everything: whoever locks himself into a stone base and reaches guns first sets the rules for the neighbourhood. Solo players barely take part in that race, which makes duo and trio the default format: one farms nodes, one builds and places traps, one holds the spawn. Then comes the part you physically cannot solo — the base needs guarding while you sleep, so what has to match is not taste in games but online schedules. Roles and what to put in your profile are covered in how to find Rust teammates.

Tarkov and Hunt: trust beats aim

Extraction is the genre's other pole. In Escape from Tarkov dying in a raid means losing everything you carried, which makes one regular partner worth more than any stack of randoms: he knows your routes, covers the extract and hauls your bag out if you drop in minute one. Parties go up to five, but most people run duo — less noise, less chance of friendly fire. Before the first raid settle three things: split the loot or keep your own, quests or fights, and what the survivor does if the other dies on spawn. The full breakdown is in finding partners in Escape from Tarkov. Hunt: Showdown adds permanent hunter death to the formula: duo is the default format there, and silence on comms is a mechanic, because sound gives away your position.

Stalcraft: the genre's Russian phenomenon

Stalcraft is the rare big survival game that grew up inside the Russian internet: a blocky Zone in the spirit of S.T.A.L.K.E.R., anomalies, emissions, artifact farming and runs to the north where going alone is a bad idea. For building a team that has one huge upside — almost the entire player base speaks Russian, so arranging a raid does not start with a language check. GSPOT holds 557 Stalcraft profiles (snapshot of 14.06.2026): for a niche title that is a live pool to build a standing crew from, not a one-off run.

The fifth game is Palworld, the calm pole of the collection: co-op for up to four on a friend server, a base, Pal-powered automation and tower bosses. People come here for survival without a knife in the back, but pick partners by the same rule — a matching schedule beats skill.

Four checks before the first run

  1. Goal. PvP action versus peaceful farming is the genre's main divide. The aggressor is bored with a farmer, the farmer is terrified of the aggressor, and the bio usually shows which one you are reading from the first line.
  2. Schedule. In Rust an unguarded base is a gift to the neighbours; in Tarkov it is softer, but a partner who is online in different hours is useless either way. The city filter is free and works as a time-zone proxy; the dedicated time-zone filter is Premium.
  3. Voice. Extraction does not work without comms: short calls decide fights. After a match, GSPOT chat lets you trade voice messages and hear the person before he hears your footsteps.
  4. Trust test. Make the first run on cheap gear. Someone who grabs everything on a budget run will do worse with real loot on the line — the common schemes are covered in gaming scams.

The search mechanics are simple: a free profile with five game slots — the whole collection fits — filters by game, rank, city, age and gender, then swipes. A mutual like opens a chat with text, photos and voice messages, where you settle the server, the wipe and the hours. Profiles pass ML moderation, reporting is one tap, the service is 18+. Runs in the browser at play.gspot.team and in Telegram.

FAQ

Who can I play Rust with on a wipe? +

Build the crew before wipe day, not on it. Set the Rust filter and read the bios: people write their server type, wipe format and schedule themselves — like the ones whose online hours overlap yours. A mutual like opens a chat where you split the roles: who farms nodes, who builds, who guards the base. A duo or trio for wipe day comes together in a couple of evenings.

How do I find a partner for Tarkov? +

Set the Escape from Tarkov filter and read the bios: PMC level, favourite maps and style — quiet loot runs or PvP — people state themselves. Before the first raid agree on loot and quests and trade voice messages in the GSPOT chat: in Tarkov comms are half of survival. And start with a cheap run rather than your best kit — that way checking a new partner costs you nothing.

Where do I find Stalcraft teammates? +

GSPOT holds 557 Stalcraft profiles (snapshot of 14.06.2026) — a real pool for a niche, mostly Russian-speaking game. Filter by game, age and city, then read the bios for faction, progress and goals: artifact farming, runs to the north or PvP over territory. A mutual like opens a chat where you agree on the server and the hours.

How do I avoid a partner who runs off with the loot? +

Read the bio before you like: someone looking for a permanent wipe duo and someone who will drop by once are different people. Make the first run on cheap gear and watch how your partner splits what you find — greed shows on a budget run just as clearly as on a rich one. Profiles on GSPOT pass ML moderation and reporting takes one tap.

Can I find a girl to duo with in survival games? +

Yes — gender is a regular search filter, and it works both ways: women build all-female wipe duos, men look for a raid partner. Profiles pass ML moderation, there is safe search and one-tap reporting, so anyone acting weird is out of the feed fast. The service is 18+, so a girls' party here means adult company, not a school chat.
