5.1. Data is retained for as long as is necessary to achieve the purposes of processing.
5.2. The Administration takes reasonable measures to protect data, but does not guarantee absolute security of information transmitted over the internet.
6. Disclaimer of liability
6.1. The User understands and agrees that transmitting information over the internet always carries risk.
6.2. The Administration bears no liability for the loss, theft or disclosure of data where this was caused by third parties or by the User themselves.
7. Changes to this Policy
7.1. The Administration may amend the terms of this Policy without prior notice.
7.2. Continued use of the Service after amendments have been made constitutes the User’s acceptance of the new version of the Policy.

8.1. This text is a translation provided for convenience. The Russian-language version of the Policy is the authoritative one; in the event of any discrepancy, the Russian text prevails.
