Tower of Fantasy is an open world where the endgame is almost entirely group content. The rule is blunt. Two of your three equipped weapons sharing a category trigger that resonance — Attack, Fortitude or Benediction; three different ones give Balance. A squad without a tank loses aggro, a squad without a healer dies in phase two, and four damage dealers wipe beautifully. So the goal isn't finding anybody at all, it's building around roles.
