How to play Stardew Valley together
Stardew Valley is a farming and country-life sim by ConcernedApe, released on PC on February 26, 2016 and later ported to consoles and phones. You inherit your grandfather's overgrown plot and turn it into a farm: crops, animals, mines, fishing and more than thirty villagers to befriend.
How many players per farm
On PC up to eight players can share a farm: the host invites one to seven people online. Other platforms may have a lower limit. You can play online, over LAN or split-screen, and a large group can scale down crop profits to keep things challenging.
What makes a good farm partner
- Pace — slow days or optimizing every hour: agree up front.
- Regular hours — farmhands play on the host's farm while the host's game is running.
